    Equipped with industry-leading, reliable and durable test equipment imported from Germany, including vehicle road simulation test benches, suspension road simulation test benches, six degrees of freedom multi-axis vibration test benches, and component test benches. By combining test field strengthened road data with customer actual operating conditions for correlation and analysis, comprehensive life-long reliability and durability verification evaluations can be conducted for the vehicle structure, suspension systems, vehicle body assemblies, and core components. This ensures product reliability and durability.

  • Environmental Simulation Testing

    Configuring equipment for simulating whole-vehicle high temperature, low temperature, high altitude environments, two-wheel drive/four-wheel drive heavy-duty dynamometers, and engine performance testing benches allows for conducting tests on vehicle economics, power, environmental adaptability, and engine performance matching. This enables a quick and accurate evaluation of overall vehicle performance, optimization of vehicle energy consumption, heating, defrosting parameters, and ultimately reduces operational costs for customers.

    Invested in equipment such as needle penetration, compression, short circuit, overcharge, over-discharge, inversion, dropping, fire exposure, mechanical shock, mechanical vibration, seawater immersion, temperature shock, damp-heat cycle, low air pressure, walk-in environmental chambers, and battery performance test bench. Taking into consideration customers' complex application scenarios and special requirements, conducting comprehensive and multi-dimensional research on the safety, performance, and reliability of power batteries. This ensures the safety, reliability, and efficient operation of traction battery systems, supporting the safe operation of vehicles.

  • Electromagnetic Compatibility Testing

    Invested in the construction of a 10m semi-anechoic chamber for electromagnetic compatibility, a 3m semi-anechoic chamber, and a shielded room. Conducting hierarchical validation of electromagnetic compatibility performance from components, systems to the entire vehicle, ensuring the electromagnetic safety between electrical systems in the vehicle and minimizing external electromagnetic radiation. This safeguards safe driving of vehicles, ensures travel health, and enhances the driving experience for passengers.

    Equipped with three comprehensive test benches, walk-in environmental chamber, reliability test benches, performance test bench, NVH test benches, and other testing equipment. Capable of conducting performance tests on motor systems, high-voltage electrical systems, and charging systems, as well as research on control algorithms, vibration noise, environmental adaptability, safety, and reliability testing. This aims to provide customers with safer, more energy-efficient, comfortable, and reliable products, enhancing the overall driving comfort of the vehicle while reducing maintenance and operational management costs.

    Invested in building a semi-anechoic chamber for the entire vehicle, a noise chamber for the vehicle, and a soundproof cover group laboratory (combining full and mixed resonances). Capable of conducting vibration and noise optimization testing, including sound quality assessments, sound source localization, analysis of acoustic vibration transfer paths, sound absorption and insulation of acoustic materials, and modal and abnormal sound analysis of vehicle body/powertrain components. These tests comprehensively enhance the comfort of the product.
