Strong Adaptability
The charging temperature limit for the cells is lowered from 0°C to -10°C, while the high-temperature current-limiting threshold is raised from 45°C to 55°C, broadening the operating temperature range and enhancing environmental adaptability.

Advanced Safety
The battery pack achieves IP68 + IP6K9K protection. Heating is switched from heating film to liquid heating for improved safety. A 24-hour active monitoring system is also installed.

The three-level validation system ensures reliability and durability, while the frame's electrophoretic anti-corrosion process extends service life.

The entire vehicle passes a three-level validation system covering components, systems, and the complete vehicle, including 120,000 km of accelerated testing, to guarantee reliability and durability.

Frame Electrophoretic Anti-Corrosion Process
Based on sanitation vehicle operating conditions, Yutong's frame electrophoretic coating withstands over 720 hours of salt spray testing. Under normal use, it prevents structural corrosion such as perforation and rust rot for 6–8 years, making the vehicle more durable and reliable.

Sweeping System
It features a"mid-mounted twin vertical brushes + rear wide suction nozzle" configuration, with left and right spray bars integrated into the suction nozzle for an advanced structure.

High-Pressure Water System
Comprising a water filter, high-pressure pump, central control module, spray bars, nozzles, and piping, it provides functions such as road washing, spray dust suppression, hopper self-cleaning, and hand-held sprayer washing.

Water Spray Dust Suppression System
The permanent magnet synchronous motor offers high peak torque, high operating efficiency, low heat generation, compact size, light weight, and easy maintenance. With a condensation-resistant structure, it provides continuous power to the body system throughout the vehicle's service life.
