Three-Level Validation System
The entire vehicle passes a three-level validation system covering components, systems, and the complete vehicle, including 120,000 km of accelerated testing, to guarantee reliability and durability.

Frame Electrophoretic Anti-Corrosion Process
Based on sanitation vehicle operating conditions, Yutong's frame electrophoretic coating withstands over 720 hours of salt spray testing. Under normal use, it prevents structural corrosion such as perforation and rust rot for 6–8 years, making the vehicle more durable and reliable.

Durable Water Tank
The water tank is welded from high-strength carbon steel and treated with an internationally standard electrophoretic coating, forming a dense anti-corrosion film that ensures long-lasting durability.
High-Efficiency System

Energy-Efficient
Equipped with next-generation silicon carbide (SiC) modules, it offers superior high-voltage endurance. On-resistance is reduced by approximately 50%, system efficiency reaches up to 99.5%, system weight is cut by 50%, and energy consumption is lowered by 3%–5%.

High-Pressure Washing System
The high-pressure pump delivers a rated pressure of ≥10 MPa and a rated flow of ≥142 L/min. The front spray frame provides a maximum cleaning width of 3.8 m, with the high-pressure circuit factory-set to 9 MPa.

Low-Pressure Sprinkler System
The low-pressure pump offers a total head of 140 m and a flow rate of 1,000 L/min. Front flushing width is adjustable to meet various needs, central flushing width is ≥24 m, rear sprinkling width is ≥14 m, and the water cannon range is ≥38 m.
