Series dynamic compaction machinery is designed with compaction energy ranging from 350 to 1000 ton.meters, which can meet the requirements of the most construction of dynamic compaction. If a gantry is equipped, the compaction energy can reach 700 to 2500 ton.meters.
Equipped with a Cummins diesel engine, featuring high power, reliable performance, and being cost effective and environmentally friendly.
A 65-ton crawler crane is designed with telescopic chassis mechanism and extendable folding brackets. The complete machine presents good stability. The built-in planetary reducer and large-torque travel motor allow for high driving force, strong gradability and high reliability, without external influence. The ground clearance of the chassis is greater than 360mm and the ground contact pressure is only 0.073 MPa for high passability.
The crane boom welded with high-strength structural pipes features good stiffness, light weight, and high load capacity. The upper arm is constructed with a forward extendable “goose head” structure, which is more suitable for construction of dynamic compaction. The luffing winch mechanism with lockable ratchet can more ensure safe and reliable positioning of the crane boom.
For the lifting winch with free-falling-hook function, the maximum pull of a single rope is high. Under the rated conditions, the rope speed at the first layer is high. The built-in normally-closed brake can ensure that the compaction tamper can be reliably braked.
The hydraulic control system is operated with handrail box type of pilot handle, designed with load sensor, easy to operate. The rotatory mechanism features controllable free sliding and rotating function for smooth operation, without shock.
The independent heat dissipation system equipped for the hydraulic system can ensure working for a long time with high power, not causing high temperature. An extra fuel tank has a valid volume up to 500 liters, which can effectively ensure that the engine may operate for a day.
Equipped with electronic combination instrument, engine data integration control, automatic alarm; installed with locking device of turnable rotation, anti-tipping-backward device of crane boom, anti-over-winching device and other safety device to ensure safe and reliable operation.
The cab is equipped with shock absorber, featuring wide field of vision, good in stylish, and provided with protective net. The cab is ergonomically designed and provided with damping seat, electric fan and heater, and optional MP3 player with comfortable operation and good work environment.
For transportation, it is only necessary to remove the boom and counterweight, without need of disassembling, causing low freight. Provided with bracketed counterweights, easy for installation, disassembling and transportation.
