  The dust-proof and waterproof level have reached IP68+IP6K9K, which means it can bear the frequent washing of water canon and the connector will not be loose or short-circuited.

  The battery is fireproof with high impact resistance for its safe operation
  It uses ferrous lithium phosphate battery with high flame retardance which has strong fireproof capacity. 1.7mm aluminum alloy extruded profile is used for battery lower case with three-layer collision protection to make the battery with high impact resistance.

  High-voltage electric shock prevention to make the contact safe
  The level of anti electric shock has reached IPXXD. It can operate automatic high-voltage detection and monitor the electric leakage and shock to make the safe contact.

  Cage-type cab
  The unique optimized cage structure complies with the European ECE-R29 requirements on the frontal and side collision, roof crush and frontal underrun impact, ensuring the safety of the driver.

  Dual-power electric steering pump (optional)
  It uses dual-power electric steering pump with high and low voltage power supply system. In extreme situations, it will use low-voltage power to assist the steering after high-voltage power failure. Dual power makes the operation more secure.

  Intelligent assistance driving
  It’s equipped with intelligent assistance driving technology such as lane departure warning, collision warning and pedestrian warning for safer driving.

  Battery of high-energy density with intelligent balancing technology
  It uses ferrous lithium phosphate battery of high-energy density. It’s equipped with intelligent balancing technology and the maintenance period is prolonged from three months to one year. The intelligent production line of battery is adopted which plays the leading role in the industry to make the production highly-automatic and ensure the consistency of the product.

  It uses Yutong 310/400kW motor. It uses anti-condensation structure to ensure the reliable operation of the motor in severe cold and humidity. It can reduce the maintenance, improve reliability and save operation costs.

  The integrated motor controller is reliable and safe.
  One integrated controller is used for congroling the drive motor, steering motor, air compressor, low-voltage and high-voltage power distribution system, which reduce the number of the high-voltage connection points, so the failure rate is lower and it’s more reliable.

  It uses high-strength steel and muti-layer crossmebers and adds reenforcement beams to the key stressed parts so that the frame has strong load capacity.

  Suspension
  It uses Yutong special bolt anti-loose structure and reinforced balance core shaft and lifting track bar to be anti-loose and have a long service time.

  Drive axle
  It uses 485 middle and rear axle to strengthen the final reduction gear. The output torque is large and the load capacity is strong.

  The vehicle is under 24-hour monitoring with six months standby. The real-time monitoring information is available such as electric power, energy consumption, position and fault detection to improve the operation and management of the vehicle.

  The inverter air-conditioner for cooling and heating has intelligent temperature adjustment and integrated water heating for more comfort.
